Challenge
The original site suffered from scroll fatigue, overwhelming users with redundant features, dense blocks of copy, and poor content hierarchy. Key value propositions were buried, and the booking process lacked immediacy—resulting in friction and drop-off.
Approach
Conversion-first Entry Point: Designed an above-the-fold quick booking module to capture user intent immediately—minimising clicks-to-action.
Layered Information Architecture:
First Scroll = Social Proof: Google reviews, awards, and trust signals surfaced instantly post-hero to establish credibility.
Curated Feature Highlight: Trimmed exhaustive service lists down to the 3 core customer benefits. Clear iconography, white space, and mobile-first layout reduce scanning effort.
Visual ‘How It Works’ Journey: Consolidated complex arrival/shuttle process into a simple, scrollable visual explanation—eliminating confusion pre-arrival.
Mid-page Pricing Overview: Repositioned pricing after key value content, enabling users to contextualise cost against service quality.
Progressive Disclosure: Built each scroll as a decision-support layer, walking the user through why SkyPark is worth it—before showing price.
Sticky CTA + Repeated Anchors: Persistent navigation and end-of-page call-to-action ensure re-entry to booking funnel from anywhere.
Outcome
The site now performs like a linear sales funnel disguised as a clean brochure site—delivering clarity, confidence, and conversion.
